Privacy at Skyeo

Privacy Policy

Effective August 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Skyeo collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our social voice community, including voice notes, the Mood Tree, prompts, comments, voice rooms, messages, calls, account features, and Skyeo Coins (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Information You Provide

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we may collect device and app information such as device type, operating-system version, app version, language, time zone, network information, crash data, diagnostics, security events, IP address, and identifiers used for account, fraud-prevention, and service operations. We may also collect usage information such as pages viewed, features used, playback and publishing events, room participation, approximate timestamps, and interactions with community content.

3. Microphone, Photos, and Calls

Skyeo requests microphone access only when you use a feature that needs audio, such as recording a Voice Note, speaking in a voice room, or making an optional voice call. Skyeo requests photo-library or camera access only when you choose to upload or capture an image. You can manage permissions in iOS Settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working but will not prevent you from browsing content that does not require it.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

5. Public and Private Spaces

Content published to the Mood Tree, public prompts, profiles, comments, reactions, and open voice rooms may be visible to other users and may be reshared or recorded by them outside our control. Use private messages and calls only for information you are comfortable sharing with the recipient. Skyeo may access limited private-space information when required to deliver the feature, investigate a valid report, address security, comply with law, or protect someone from serious harm.

6. How Information Is Shared

We may share information in these circumstances:

Skyeo does not sell your personal information for money. If our practices change in a way that creates additional legal choices, we will provide the required notice and controls.

7. Content Review and Moderation

Community posts, voice content, rooms, comments, and reports may be reviewed by automated systems and trained reviewers to enforce our rules and keep the Service welcoming. Review may involve processing audio, text, images, account history, and surrounding context. We limit access to people and providers who need it for safety, support, legal, or operational work.

8. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain your account, comply with legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and protect users. Retention periods depend on the type of information and why it is needed. Deleted content or accounts may remain for a limited time in backups, fraud-prevention records, safety investigations, transaction records, or legal holds. Public content copied or shared by others may remain outside Skyeo’s control.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on the feature and your location, you may be able to update your profile, control permissions, manage follows, leave rooms, delete content, block accounts, request access to or correction of personal information, object to certain processing, request deletion, or appeal a moderation decision. You may request account deletion through the available account or support tools. We may verify your identity before completing a privacy request and may retain information where law permits or requires it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials, use device security, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

11. Children’s Privacy

Skyeo is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum digital-consent age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are not permitted to use the Service. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us through in-app support so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. International Processing

The Service may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers and apply protections consistent with applicable law.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Skyeo, our safety practices, or applicable law changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice in the Service when a change is material.

14. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, use the privacy, account, support, or reporting options available inside Skyeo.

You choose when to record, what to share, whom to follow, and when to block or report an interaction.
